One-day workshop "Decoding EEG and QEEG for Building a Development and Intervention Program" for specialists and parents Participants in the EEG course or the "Neuro. Innovations" course can additionally join the EEG workshop on May 30th at a €100 discount. Morning (10:00-13:30) - Theory through Practice Module 1. What do EEG and QEEG show us? (10:00-11:00) Review of key rhythms (delta, theta, alpha, beta, gamma). Where and why do we look at them? The difference: EEG (lines) vs. QEEG (colored maps of brain activity). How to explain to a parent in simple terms how a child's brain, their brain, or the brain of an elderly parent works. Module 2. Practice: Reading EEG and QEEG Together (11:15-12:15) Analysis of 3-5 real-life EEG and QEEG examples. Comparison: What is visible on the "lines" and how is this confirmed on the "maps." Exercise: "Try explaining a child's QEEG map to a parent in 5 minutes." Module 3. EEG/QEEG and Behavior (12:15-13:30) How rhythms are related to attention, memory, speech, and emotions. QEEG and "risk zones"—where activity is overloaded and where it's underactive. Case Studies: Comparing brain maps with a child's description. ☕️ Break 1:30-2:30 PM Afternoon (2:30-5:30 PM) - From QEEG to a Correction Program Module 4. How to Build a Development and Correction Program (2:30-3:30 PM) Principles: We don't "treat the image," but help the brain work harmoniously. How QEEG helps choose a strategy: balancing, relaxation, activation. Comparison of EEG and QEEG: how they together provide a precise guide for correction. Module 5. Workshop: From EEG/QEEG to a Plan (3:45-4:45 PM) Work in mini-groups: Each group receives an EEG + QEEG chart + a portrait of the child. Task: Create a correction plan (neurofeedback, sensory integration, physical exercises, cognitive training). Presentation of solutions and commentary by the moderator. Module 6. Questions and Live Analysis (4:45 PM - 6:00 PM) EEG/QEEG analysis of participants (optional). Answers to the question "What should I do in my case?" 🎯 Workshop Outcomes Parents will understand the meaning of EEG "lines" and QEEG "color maps." Specialists will learn how to translate EEG/QEEG data into specific corrective steps. Each participant will take home an algorithm: EEG/QEEG - understanding brain state - correction and development plan. We will clearly analyze what these confusing lines and "curves" tell us about the brain using real-life practical cases. Attention!
