Summing up
CERTIFICATE
To obtain a certificate, in-person presence and active participation are required, or additional completion of a practical seminar on EEG in the case of online participation.
an invitation from Yulia Tolpygina to the course and
a story about new techniques:
1. QEEG brain mapping. We create a personalized map of brain activity to pinpoint areas of overload, deficit, or imbalance. The result: a clear diagnosis and a customized neurocorrection and neurofeedback therapy plan.
2. Neuropsychophysiological diagnostics - testing of reflexes, social-emotional,
Cognitive and motor development, attention, memory, and perception. Result: understanding the child's developmental strengths and weaknesses, adapting development, learning, and parenting, and realizing each child's full potential.
3. Neurofeedback – brain training. We train the brain to self-regulate in real time through neurofeedback. Brain balance is gently and drug-free restored. Results: reduced anxiety, improved sleep, attention, mood, and stress resilience.
4. HRV – nervous system monitoring. We measure heart rate variability, a key indicator of the autonomic nervous system. We use it to track the progress of neurocorrection and home practices. Result: development of self-regulation skills, increased resilience, and increased energy.
DECODING TERMS

QEEG & EEG
QEEG (quantitative electroencephalography)
What it is: Advanced EEG analysis that allows you to assess brain function with high accuracy.
Why it's needed: Shows which areas and networks of the brain are overactive or underactive, and how this relates to attention, emotions, memory, and behavior.
Important: qEEG is often used to tailor individual neurotherapy programs.
EEG (EEG/electroencephalography)
What is it: A method of recording the brain's electrical activity using sensors placed on the head.
Why it's needed: Allows you to identify general disorders in brain function - for example, seizure activity, sleep disorders, epilepsy, etc.

HRV
HRV (Heart Rate Variability)
What it is: An indicator of how flexible your heart and nervous system are.
Why it's important: High variability indicates a good balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, while low variability can signal chronic stress or exhaustion. It tells us our body is in Rest and Digest mode (or recovery mode);
Fight or flight (or anxiety/stress response mode)
These are terms that describe the functioning of the autonomic nervous system:
"Rest and digest" refers to parasympathetic activity (relaxation, restoration).
"Fight or flight" - to the sympathetic (stress, mobilization of resources).
Used for: Assessing stress levels, recovery, emotional regulation, PTSD

LLLT
LLLT (low-level laser therapy)
What it is: A painless therapy using a cold laser that targets specific areas of the brain or body.
Why you need it: Stimulates cellular metabolism, mitochondrial function, improves blood circulation and promotes neuronal recovery.
Used for: restoring optimal neurodevelopment, anxiety, depression, neuroinflammation, attention deficit, and after injuries.

NEURO&BIOFEEDBACK
Neurofeedback and biofeedback
What it is: Real-time brain training. A person receives visual or auditory feedback about their brain activity and learns to regulate it.
Why you need it: Helps improve attention, sleep, emotional management and reduces anxiety levels.
Suitable for: children and adults with ADHD, anxiety, sleep disorders, stress-related issues, improving the efficiency of the nervous system and other conditions.

The "Neuro-Innovations" course is a bridge between science and practice. It combines modern therapeutic methods—QEEG, HRV, LLLT neuro, and biofeedback—to work with the brain and nervous system at all levels simultaneously:
from cellular energy and brain rhythms,
to online interactions and behavior in everyday life.
This isn't just training or therapy, but a holistic approach: understanding where the brain and body need help and providing it precisely and safely. Ideally combined with the Reflexes and Neurovision course.
