Service Description

A comprehensive diagnostic that combines QEEG, HRV (1 hour), and a personal consultation (1 hour). You receive a deep understanding of how your brain and body work, and a step-by-step plan for recovery or development. Result: QEEG report - content and details depend on age and number of tests Full HRV report + optimal breathing rhythm determination Individual interpretation and personalized recommendations In-person or online consultation with results review - 1 hour Total consultation duration is 2 hours. For clients who may benefit from additional advanced cognitive testing in addition to the standard qEEG assessment components, additional cognitive tests are included, aimed at assessing memory, attention, executive functions, and/or information processing speed. An additional fee for cognitive QEEG + LORETA analysis of deep brain structures is $250 and adds 25-30 minutes. In addition to the specialist's in-person consultation with the client (2 hours), preparing the results and processing the QEEG data takes an additional 2 hours of expert work. The total consultation cost includes up to 3.5-4 hours of specialist work on your case. The standard turnaround time for preparing a QEEG report and conducting a specialist consultation is 7-14 days after the examination. Expedited results processing is available if needed: 3 days - priority report preparation and consultation (+30% to the cost) within 24 hours - urgent report preparation and consultation (+50% to the cost) Special sensors are placed on the scalp, and brainwave activity is recorded in these areas. Similar to other laboratory tests, qEEG brain mapping is performed to compare the client's brain function with normal brain activity in people of the same age group. Similar to a thyroid function blood test, which will show whether your thyroid hormone levels are normal, low (hypothyroidism), or abnormally high (hyperthyroidism) compared to a population of patients with normal thyroid function, the brain mapping process will reveal whether your brain activity is normal or impaired in some way. When clients come to us with symptoms related to ADHD or autism spectrum disorder, depression, socialization, learning, and behavioral difficulties, we conduct a similar type of assessment, only we evaluate brain function.
