Conditions of registration and participation
Online consultation
The online format requires full payment for the service before the consultation.
Once payment is received, you will receive confirmation and preparation instructions.
In-person consultation
To confirm an appointment for a neuroconsultation or QEEG, a separate advance payment of €250 is required.
To confirm your registration for the comprehensive PRO package, a prepayment of €500 is required.
The remaining amount is paid on the day of the consultation.
⚠️ Important: If payment confirmation is not received within 24 hours of scheduling a consultation, the appointment will be automatically cancelled. A new request will be required to attend. This helps maintain an accurate schedule and respect everyone's time.
The advance payment is non-refundable and covers organizational costs and time reservation.
On-site consultations and LAB Weekends
On-site consultations, retreats, and programs are held in various countries upon individual request or as part of planned events. A deposit of €500 per person is required to confirm participation and reserve time. This non-refundable deposit covers organizational costs and time reserves.
For participation in off-site LAB Weekends, programs outside the country, or international retreats, full payment is due no later than 7 days prior to departure/program start/consultation date. Participation is not guaranteed without full payment.
Transfer of participation
After making an advance payment and confirming participation, changes are possible only if there are available places on other dates of the program.

Yulia conducts on-site consultations, courses, and seminars tailored to the individual needs and requests of you or your organization.
Keynote speech or other personal presentations to a large audience: from €5,000.
Seminars, trainings, and webinars: from €1,000 per hour of training. The minimum training package outside of Israel is €5,000, which covers up to 8 hours of training, practice, and coaching.
Accommodation and transportation costs are paid additionally.
